Returns 
Our policy lasts 7 calendar days from receipt of product for satisfaction. If 7 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If an item is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item must be returned within 30 days.

There is a 10% restocking fee for items returned with no fault of Alpine Lane. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
 If you need to exchange in item, it must be first approved. Once approved, you may send your item to: 9654 Ponderosa Skye Ct Las Vegas Nevada US 89166. with tracked shipment. Alpine Lane is not responsible for lost items in transit. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation There is a 10% restocking fee for all cancelled orders. This is due to the fees Alpine Lane occurs when refunding orders. 

Shipping Policies

All orders will be shipped in the most economical way to keep costs down, unless upgraded to priority or priority express. All orders are calculated via weight upon checkout and are calculated automatically via USPS.

 

Alpine Lane is not responsible for lost mail, although all efforts will be made to come to an agreeable solution in the event an item is truly lost. Shipping times will vary. Generally items are shipped first class and take approximately 3-5 business days for delivery. This does not include the processing time.  Processing time- from order to USPS drop-off- is 3-5 business days. Business days does not include weekends or holidays, even when order is made on a weekend. USPS does not guarantee First class or Priority Shipping timelines. Feel free to contact me if a rush item is needed.  International can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks for normal mailing time. This does not include when items are subject to customs inspections. Please keep this in mind when ordering internationally. Alpine Lane reserves the right to deny an order, with full refund, if the international country does not support parcel tracking.

 

Alpine Lane is not responsible for tarrifs, taxes, customs or any other fee on behalf of international customs. It is illegal for the sender to pay this fee. It is also illegal to mark down the price of items being sold to lessen customs fees. Customs forms are automatically generated by Shopify on Alpine Lane's behalf in accordance with USA Law. They will not be altered. 

  

Discounts

Tags and shares will be taken into consideration for a permanent Brand Rep discount. Work must reflect Alpine Lane's brand for a cohesive look.
